Specified ranges are 0.6–8 mm with dual feed rollers and 0.2–8 mm with the feed bar. The lower limit depends on the configuration.
Band knife and extraction
The brochure lists automatic band-knife feeding/positioning, pressure-plate clearance adjustment and independent extraction. Confirm process fit and tooling with samples.
Full-piece splitting or edge skiving?
BD-300 uses a band knife to reduce thickness across a leather workpiece, with a maximum working width of 300 mm. For thinning only the edges of shoe uppers or leather goods, compare the BD-102 edge skiving machine. Send the material, starting and target thickness, workpiece width and sample photos to review the feeding setup and sample trial. Include machine quantity and destination city for a quotation.
